As an NPD Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our innovation process, working closely with our R&D team to develop and launch new products that captivate consumers. Our company has been a staple in the Indonesian market for over two decades, known for our commitment to quality and creativity.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire new product development process, from concept generation to market launch. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and innovation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire new product development process, from concept generation to market launch.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products.
• Work with the R&D team to develop and test new product formulas using industry-standard tools like SAS and Minitab.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that new products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage the budget for new product development projects, ensuring that they stay on track and within budget.
• Develop and implement training programs for the sales and marketing teams on new products.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products in the market, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the confectionery industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the confectionery industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAS, Minitab, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
