📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update vehicle administration records using our in-house CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses
- Assist in the processing of vehicle registrations, transfers, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle administration processes
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist in training new hires on vehicle administration procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with vehicle administration processes and regulations
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Willingness to travel within Bekasi and surrounding areas
