📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies.
• Develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in preparing and presenting business reports and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
