📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and report on client interactions and satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
