📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer and acceptance.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
