As a Bancassurance Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Sun Life in Bali, working closely with our banking partners to offer tailored insurance products that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your daily tasks will include conducting financial consultations, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. You'll also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and banking partners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial consultations with clients to identify their insurance needs.
• Explain and promote Sun Life's insurance products to clients through our banking partners.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and processing claims.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest insurance products and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with Sun Life's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with insurance products and banking services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
