As a Jersey Design Production Specialist, you will work closely with our design team to translate concepts into production-ready designs. You will use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator and Gerber AccuMark to create detailed technical drawings and patterns. Daily, you will ensure that designs meet technical specifications, colorfastness standards, and production constraints, all while maintaining the brand's unique identity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and optimize jersey designs for mass production using Adobe Illustrator and Gerber AccuMark.
• Collaborate with designers and manufacturers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and production constraints.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of design specifications, patterns, and production instructions.
• Conduct quality checks on production samples to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sportswear design and production.
• Assist in the development of new design concepts and innovations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of design and production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in jersey design and production, preferably in the sportswear industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Gerber AccuMark.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, colorfastness standards, and production constraints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and garment construction techniques.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
