📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track overdue accounts using our in-house collections management system.
• Coordinate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues.
• Conduct phone calls and in-person visits to collect outstanding payments.
• Prepare and submit reports on collections activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collections cases.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
