📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the club, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and event planning.
• Ensure the club's facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest use.
• Oversee the smooth execution of club activities and events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using Salesforce and QuickBooks to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain reports using Tableau to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks for sales and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
