📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the MIS to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of MIS and other IT tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Work with the development team to integrate new technologies and systems.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant IT frameworks are a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
