Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily import operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective customs clearance.
Manage a team of 5-10 staff, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline import processes.
Leverage SAP ERP, Excel, and custom-built systems to track and optimize import operations.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and Mayora Indah's quality standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Represent Mayora Indah at industry events and conferences to build professional networks.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations and customs clearance.
Proven track record in managing import teams and driving operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SAP ERP, Excel, and other relevant software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
