📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the spa and KTV services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, including supervisors, technicians, and customer service staff.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and set targets for the team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Represent Delta Spa & KTV at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or entertainment setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
