📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage labor relations activities to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular meetings with labor representatives to address concerns and negotiate agreements.,Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale and engagement.,Monitor and report on labor-related issues and trends.,Facilitate communication between management and employees to resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to HR staff on labor relations matters.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to labor relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Certification in labor relations or HR management is a plus.
