Max Royal Berjaya is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency,Develop and implement style guides and best practices for technical writing,Train and mentor junior technical writers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives,Write and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
