📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction of residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.,Prepare and submit regular reports to the project team and management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.,Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.,Provide guidance and support to junior inspectors and project team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction inspection, with a strong track record of success.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other construction management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to and from work sites as required.
