📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving sales and profitability.
