📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.,Ensure the restaurant's financial performance meets or exceeds targets, and manage the budget effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
