📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Maintain and update operational records and documents.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Support the management team in organizing and executing operational events and projects.,Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.,Provide support in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or operational environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
