📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Oversee and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
