📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relationship management.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
