📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with K3RS regulations and standards
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Develop and implement safety training programs for staff
• Monitor and manage incident reporting and investigation processes
• Maintain and update safety documentation and records
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure safety standards are met
• Ensure the clinic's emergency response plan is up-to-date and effective

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in K3RS management in a healthcare or industrial setting
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., SHEQ, OSH Professional, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3RS regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Familiarity with health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001)
