📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Identifying areas of risk and potential improvements in internal processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and relevant stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
