📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and executing banquet events, including coordination with vendors and staff.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of events by managing logistics and timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus and decorations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
