📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure timely and efficient service.,Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive dining environment.,Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas, including decor and equipment.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
