Tanggung Jawab:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in palliative, oncology, and geriatric care settings.Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Monitor and manage patient symptoms, pain, and other medical conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.Participate in ongoing research and education initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the healthcare team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
