📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services.
  • Perform various dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and dental implants.
  • Maintain and update patient records and medical histories.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior dental staff.
  • Collaborate with the clinic management to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest dental advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all dental and medical regulations and standards.
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment for both staff and patients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (S1/S2/S3) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Professional dental license and membership with the Indonesian Dental Association (IDI) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent patient care.
