In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.,Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
