Sentosa Cargo is seeking a Lead Learning Development to spearhead our training and development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances the skills and capabilities of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for employee growth, and the ability to drive positive change within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that supports the company's business objectives.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions to improve employee performance and engagement.,Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees and teams.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and best practices.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
