Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business objectives.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, or R.,Experience leading a team of data analysts or working in a similar leadership role.,Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
