Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work in a hybrid environment
