📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.,Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
