📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deal and supervise games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Poker
• Ensure fair and accurate game play according to casino regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and resolving any issues
• Manage cash and chips, and maintain accurate records
• Work with casino software like Evolution Gaming and Microgaming
• Promote the casino and its games to attract new customers
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Korean, both spoken and written
• Previous experience as a Casino Dealer or in a similar role in the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of casino games and rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with casino software like Evolution Gaming and Microgaming is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
