📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of apartment attendants to ensure high-quality guest service.
Oversee daily apartment operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and guest amenities.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain Butler Management's high standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and maintain inventory of apartment supplies and amenities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide training and support to apartment attendants to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with property management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
